What is the Fertiliser (Control) Order, 1985?
An order made under Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (G.S.R. 758(E), 25 September 1985). It regulates the price, sale, distribution, manufacture and quality of fertilisers in India, including dealer registration, manufacture of mixtures, specifications, and inspection and analysis.
